What We Do

We develop tools.

We're not a clinic, nor a conspiracy, nor a pharma corporation. We're not an illusion, nor a scam, nor a hoax. We've heard it all over the years. It gets old. Really, really old.

We work on software, which is intended to build on the vast bodies of work and data in bioinformatics to create a digital twin system that can build a full model of your body from your DNA code, and provide a suite with which to edit that model and DNA code with reference to all cascaded effects throughout the body and its lifespan.

We work on hardware, which is intended to build on bleeding edge scientific studies into how molecules can be manipulated, in order to engineer tools with which one can create gene editing vectors and their contents using as little as possible or no external reagents, only a small sample from the body of the intended recipient.

We work on a network for users of the above tools, to share what they create using those tools, with each other.

Those users could be doctors, scientists, educators, academics, clinicians, space travellers, survivors, biohackers, self-modifiers, thrivers. We don't decide or police who uses our tools any more than a hardware company decides who uses their hammers or for what. We set the expectations as best we can, we code error messages and warnings, we build security measures in, but ultimately, people will be people. We consider that a worthwhile risk. We know that if we don't make these tools, someone else with fewer scruples and no moral compass will make them first.

A lot of what we have done so far has been in diagrammatic and initial exploratory documentation and research formats. This is reflected in our respositories. If you have come here expecting to see more code, we need to point you to lessons in how to code and our nice friendly 'join in' button. This is because almost everything we have built to date has been done on a voluntary basis, with no money to pay anyone yet and very few programmers available. We look forward to changing that situation.

We chase our dreams in the hope that we're not too late, no matter how ridiculous the odds or the detractors get. We don't quit.
